Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The request is initiated within 3 days upon receiving the item
  • The item is in its original condition, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is provided.


  1. Contact Us: To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at Provide your order details and reason for the exchange.

  2. Approval: Upon reviewing your request, we will inform you of its approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive instructions for the exchange process.

  3. Exchange: Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item to verify its eligibility. If the item meets the criteria, we will proceed with the exchange.


  • Certain items are non-returnable as per UAE law. These include:

    • Bullion items with fluctuating market values.


  • Exchanges for a different product are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, covering return shipping costs.
